how to work out

Strength training from a holistic perspective- I wrote this body of work and am continuing to edit it. 

It began as a way to make working out accessible to any body, especially those who find the gym and figuring out “what to do” in the gym intimidating.

As I have continued to exist in my body as a non-binary person, gym rat, and activist, I am editing to shift it specifically towards gender-queer bodies. 

When it’s done I’ll be shouting it from the rooftops! But if you want to pre-order a copy just let me know and I’ll make a note.  It will be zine style as a hard copy, e-book online, and I’ll record a version of it podcast style as well for those who prefer to listen.
