Welcome

A Holistic Approach

My name is Lee, and I am a writer and interdisciplinary Coach in Western North Carolina, blending strength and conditioning with intuitive mindfulness practices.

Having a holistic approach is rooted in the belief that quality food, water, movement, and mindfulness are the pillars of healing and wellness, as well as human rights. I am committed to connecting different bodies to the resources and wisdom that will support long-term, healthy relationships & routines around food and movement, and focus on helping people who identify as women recover from trauma, ultimately through self-accountability.

Blending the structure of personal training models with creative & intuitive practices that are trauma-informed, accessible, and inspiring allows clients to work rhythmically within their bodies throughout the seasons with a sense of confidence and discernment.

I advocate for body neutrality, which means resisting the culturally created pressure to view the way our bodies look as inherently positive or negative.  As a queer, non-binary, neurodivergent thinker, I carefully navigate embodiment and the wellness world with a love of research and an open heart.
