What does $60-$100/hourly mean?

Since money management is a facet of health and self-care and not everyone is working with the same resources, offering a sliding scale is important to me, and also allows me to factor gasoline, travel time, or delays into the sessions if needed.

So how do you know where you fall?

If you never have to worry or think about money again $100/hour is a very reasonable rate for a trainer with experience.

If your housing, transportation, and groceries are secure, you get to take a vacation or two every year, have spending and savings, if the pandemic started all over again tomorrow and none of your basic assets would be affected, $60-80 an hour is a very reasonable rate for an experienced trainer/coach.

If you can’t afford $60/hour contact me anyway.

Trades are available for housecleaning, photography, and massage therapy.
